Level 3 Diploma In Roadside Assistance & Recovery (Recovery)

This level 3 qualification includes a wide breadth of recovery techniques, encompassing the recovery of accident damaged or difficult to recover vehicles. It provides the essential knowledge required for recovery operatives.

It is a learning programme which involves students studying both the theory and practical aspects of the following:

• Giving Customers a Positive Impression of Yourself and Your Organisation
• Assessing and Securing the Roadside Situation
• Removing and Transporting Vehicles
• Recovering Light/Commercial Vehicles Following Accidents
