This learning programme provides very basic "working with others" skills for all learners beginning a profession in the motor industry.

The qualification covers the very basic "working with others" requirements for the motor industry. This includes working with:

• One to one
• In a group

• Confirm what needs to be done and who is to do it
• Work with others to achieve a given objective
• Identify progress and suggest improvements

The qualification is assessed by portfolio.
