This learning programme provides very basic "problem solving" skills for all learners beginning a profession in the motor industry.

The qualification covers very basic "problem solving" requirements for the motor industry. You will be working closely with someone (e.g. tutor, trainer, supervisor) to show you how to:

• Confirm your understanding of given problems
• Plan and try out ways of solving problems
• Check if problems have been solved and describe the results

The qualification is assessed by portfolio.
