Level 2 Certificate in Roadside Assistance and Recovery (Recovery)

This is a level 2 qualification that provides essential knowledge for recovery operatives securing the roadside situation and completing simple recoveries.

It is a learning programme which involves students studying both the theory and practical aspects of the following;
• Assess and Secure the Roadside Situation
• Remove and Transport Vehicles

Students also gain a broad knowledge and understanding of health and safety when recovering vehicles at the roadside.

The student’s knowledge is assessed by IMI Awards set practical assessments in a simulated working environment, IMI Awards set ‘on-line’ multiple-choice testing and assessments set by the student’s centre.
