New Web Portal Registration & Certification System Goes Live

As of Tuesday 24th November 2009, the new registration & certification system can be accessed direct from the IMI Awards website which will negate the need for Citrix.

Website home page
On the home page first sign in with your usual PIN and password in the top navigation bar then click the blue "administration access" button, you will then be redirected to the new web portal.

Navigation bar
We have updated the navigation bars at the top of the website to include "administration access" and "on-line assessments" which means you can link to either of these from anywhere on the website as long as you have signed in.

Pilot phase link
For those who participated in the pilot phase, this link has now been deactivated.  You will have to sign in via the IMI Awards website as above.

Instructions
We have designed the system which we hope you will find user friendly.  However, to assist you we have written a training manual with screen shots and instructions for each section on the new improved system.  To view instructions please click here (you will need to be signed on to view this page)

Access and using the new on-line assessment website

The way you access on-line assessments has changed, so has the look and feel of the assessment website.  The questions are still the same but we hope you will see improvements that will make the day to day management of candidate assessments easier.

As indicated above, we are still developing this website and new features will be included over the coming weeks, primarily that approved centre personnel will be able to manage candidates for their centre.

Below you will find a link to a word document that provides step by step instructions with screen shots on how to access and view individual candidates records and launch assessments.

Click here to download instructions (pdf document)

If you have any questions or require assistance navigating the new website, please call our office on the number below:

01992 519 038

Historical Data for Candidates

We have also been receiving queries regarding historical data for candidates which is not visible on the new on-line assessment system.   This data is stored at our head office but was not transferred to the new system.  Please use the centre records to denote assessment results in candidates' portfolios.

We also wish to remind centres that candidates need to wait 48 hours if they received a "failed" status before re-taking an on-line assessment.
